Welcome to Leadership Institute!
Sponsored by Evangelical Friends Church Southwest and the Friends Center, Leadership Institute (formerly FEATS) is a 3-year Bible-based certification program that includes leadership coaching. Offering a Certificate in Ministry Leadership (a 3-year curriculum cycle), and endorsed by Azusa Pacific Graduate School of Theology, Leadership Institute is Biblical, practical and personal, and can meet certain requirements for those seeking Recording as a Friends minister, or seeking God's call toward church planting.
The Leadership Institute will strengthen you Biblically and sharpen your ministry skills through two convergent environments. First, your ministry coach will help equip you for your specific ministry calling. Additionally, a monthly learning community will together dig deeply into scripture and equip you for application.
In 2012 we have reduced our tuition - it is now just $25 per month! This includes 3 Modules (a total of 9 Learning Sessions) as well as monthly coaching. Please see the 2012 Schedule & Registration tab for more information.
